About me
I’m a semi-skilled gardener. I’ve previously worked in garden centres and nurseries. I set up my own microbusiness in January 2024, helping people in their gardens, working at locations within travelling distance of my base, which is Stokenchurch (HP14).
For private customers…
My specialist areas are hedge cutting, lawn mowing, weeding, digging and preparing soil, planting, getting rid of garden rubbish, and all those garden odd jobs that perhaps you don’t like to do yourself or simply don’t have time for. I’m not afraid of hard work and heavy lifting.
I have some of my own tools – I’m investing in more tools and equipment as I go along – and sometimes I use my customers’ tools.
Availability
Since I started in January I’ve been really pleased with the response to my marketing efforts (leafleting), and word-of-mouth referrals, and I’ve become fairly busy. But I do still have some slots for regular work. I’m also happy to look at one-off jobs or longer projects.
If you need a job done that requires more than one person, I have some trusted partners whom I can team up with on an ad hoc basis.

If you’re a landscaper, nursery owner/manager, or garden designer looking for extra staff, I’m interested in working with you part-time to gain deeper and broader experience. It could be temporary or long term. I’m flexible with regard to hours and open to offers of employment or can work on a self-employed basis.
